Information provided to city agencies
Our forms that users share with relevant city agencies include contact information, such as business contact information of responsible team members. The completed forms also include the project address and may include other project-specific details. The user has control over which identifying information is included.
Information accessible on our website
Any member of the public who has the project address, or the permit number and city of jurisdiction, is able to look up published records (submitted forms) on our website. These will be available at greenmetry.com/RecordLookup. These forms will not be viewable on the website to any user who does not specifically search for it by city/ permit number or project address. Users have control over their filled forms, and may update, edit, or delete any of their records that have been published on our website.
Information viewable on the directory
The Provider Directory is public-facing. User profiles that are made public on the directory can be viewed by members of the public. Company is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to post in this section of the website.
Other uses of your information
Our contact and registration forms ask you to give us contact information (such as your name and email address) and geographic information (such as your zip code and state). We use this information to send you relevant and/or customized content. We do not give, sell, or rent your contact information to any other organization unless you specifically authorize us to do so.
Opting-in for email newsletters and lists:
If you subscribe to an email newsletter of ours, we use your email address to send you that newsletter. You may remove your email address from that subscriber list from the bottom of any newsletter mailing or by visiting the unsubscribe page.
